Red Newt Cellars Winery & Bistro in Hector, New York is featuring a winter Bistro Comfort Menu. The special grilled cheese features Swiss cheese melted between two oversized slices of house-made Anadama bread, along with spicy hellbender-balsamic onion jam, rosemary baked ham, and griddled lemon-Dijon kale. The menu also includes the Bistro Roasted Butternut Squash soup as a featured side dish.

The bistro is serving lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the winter season.
